This is supposed to save your face when you go into work or school on Monday. I think it’s funny how you can enable it to be “active late night on the weekend as that is the time you’re most likely to need it”…because that’s when the drunk dialing, texting and emailing begins, the weekends. How many times have you sent out a message you wish you didn’t? I can think of a few. A while ago an ex-friend sent me a message saying that he hopes we can still be friends and asks if I was okay…I was desperate and thought there was a glimmer of hope that we could go back to being friends like as if nothing happened and sent a reply message quickly saying I was okay and that we could still be friends. After sending that, I felt like such a loser. Why would I want a person like that as a friend? Would Mail Goggles be helpful at the time? I don’t think so. I probably would have just entered in the answers to the math and click submit like three, four or five times. I was that desperate folks. I haven’t forgiven myself for being such an idiot! Also once I was so angry at someone, I sent a message telling them to go eat a bag of rocks and die in a fire…but that’s another story for another time.

Mail Goggles would be great for someone who have the sense to obey the warning the prompt gives when you think about sending. I most likely ignore those and just hit Submit. It’s no wonder why I always get into trouble.

I felt like being a nerd today

… and needed a break from ~~studying~~ procrastinating (because procrastinating takes up so much time and energy) so I decided to mess around with wordpress themes. I took the Lightweight theme and changed some stuff around to make it more me. There are some errors but meh…I’ll fix that up later.

My fortune from the fortune cookie at Panda Express reads:

You are a fun-loving person and will find much happiness.

Hmm…I don’t know about the fun-loving part…I mean, I DO love fun but I haven’t experienced any of that lately. I’ve been in a crappy mood all summer. I do hope to find happiness soon though, I don’t like to feel sad.

Things that made me *gasp* with excitement:

1. Oh mah gah!! This put a smile to my face! It’s my home grrl Britney rehearsing something. I am a out of the closet Britney fan. I can’t wait to see her at the VMA’s this Sunday. I still believe she will make a come-back, and when she tours in Houston again, I definitely want to go!

2. I found a $20 bill today.

busy being a geek

I’ve been busy working on this web site for someone’s business. I think it’s a huge step up from the how it was before. It’s getting there :) It’s my first web site project in like 3 years that is for someone else other than for me. I forgot how much fun it is to get back into html and driving myself crazy with wondering why things don’t work and colors etc.. Perhaps I will start working on the main index for my site soon.
